You can place an order with a credit card, by using our Web site. We also will be glad to assist you to place the order over the phone. Our systems are very secure, and all customer information is kept private. To place an order with a money order, or cashier's check (all priced in CANADIAN DOLARS), please print your shopping cart and mail it with your payment.

Curbside delivery
This product ships to CANADA and CanadianA. "Curbside Delivery" provides delivery made to the curb at the end of your driveway. It is not the driver's responsibility to bring freight into house, garage, etc. Drivers do not assist with unpacking, set-up or clean up.
- Signature required
- Carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment. Appointments are available during normal business hours and span a 4-hour period. Please include a daytime phone number in the shipping information at the time of check out. Extraordinary delivery requirements may create additional delivery charges.
- It is your responsibility to inspect merchandise before delivery agent's departure. If the merchandise appears to be damaged in any way, please note the damage on the freight bill. This will aid in the return/replacement process or you may refuse the delivery.
Customer must provide a shipping address that is free of spatial obstructions (low hanging trees, power, or just insufficient space in general). If delivery cannot be made to the shipping address because of spatial restrictions, the customer will be responsible for any additional charges for modification of the original shipping information (location, type of truck required, etc.).
Home Delivery & Setup
Home Delivery with professional Assembly ( Not available in all Provinces in CANADA and all States in CanadianA).
"Home Delivery and Set Up" provides delivery and assembly inside the house. Drivers are not responsible for clean up.

- Prices for ground floor deliveries or elevator buildings, manual lifts are extra

Upon Delivery
All customers are required to sign a bill of lading upon delivery. Should you notice any damage to the boxes in which your furniture was delivered or to the furniture itself, please, note the damages on the bill of lading.
Important: You MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please notate the damage to the item(s) and the box(s) in detail on the bill of lading and contact us immediately.
Return and Cancellation Policies

All our products are custom ordered for our valuable customers.
As soon as the order is placed, we initiate the sequence of events which ultimately results in you receiving product of your choice. Since all our products are custom ordered, at the very beginning at this sequence
Return Policy
If the order has arrived but you do not want to accept it for any reason, please, simply refuse delivery and immediately call us. We will refund you the order amount less all delivery charges and a 30% restocking fee to accept the return of the item by the manufacturer.
After request for such return is fully processed, e-mail with all the costs involved we will be sent to you. Please, do not assemble the furniture that you might be returning since furniture assembled by customer cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have been assembled or modified. Additionally, certain products cannot be returned because neither we nor our suppliers can take them back. If you have any questions about whether a product can be returned.
Damaged Items
Throughout the ordering process you will be prompted to check the box reading: "I agree in full to terms and conditions of sale " and such acceptance will be in lieu of customer’s legal signature.
